Website AI Support Bot Prototype

I’m looking for a lean proof-of-concept chat bot that plugs straight into my website and can immediately start:

• Answering our most common FAQs
• Guiding customers through a simple order-processing flow (collecting item, quantity, shipping details, and handing off to checkout)

I only need an intermediate level of AI understanding—more flexible than rigid scripts but short of full NLP research. Feel free to build on Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or a comparable service as long as it keeps both costs and maintenance low.

Deliverables for this initial phase
• Embed-ready web chat widget or snippet
• Intent and utterance set covering FAQ and order steps (I’ll provide the raw questions)
• Basic fallback/handoff: flag unanswered queries to email or a webhook
• Quick setup guide so I can drop everything onto my current hosting in one session

This stage is intentionally small; once the prototype proves itself, we can talk about advanced NLP and expanding to mobile or social channels. Let me know the stack you prefer and how fast you can have a working demo live.
