Website AI Chat Support Bot

I’m looking to add a reliable, AI-driven customer-support chatbot to my website. The bot must greet visitors, understand their questions in plain language, pull answers from our existing FAQ and knowledge base, and stay available 24/7 through text chat. Smooth, on-page integration is essential; I want visitors to feel as if they’re chatting with a live agent, complete with typing indicators, quick-reply buttons, and the ability to hand the conversation to a human when necessary.
I’m flexible about the underlying NLP stack—OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, or another modern framework—as long as the final bot can be trained on my content and refined over time. Clean code, clear documentation, and a simple dashboard showing chat logs and common questions will help me keep improving responses after launch.
