Voice AI Integration for Websites

I need a proven developer who can drop a lightweight voice-AI layer onto several existing one-page sites. The moment a visitor finishes the appointment form, the system must launch an outbound call, greet the client, run a short open-ended confirmation dialogue, then write the results back to our database or email log.

Because every site is already built—and each belongs to a different industry—your code has to be platform-agnostic: a small front-end trigger plus a backend (serverless function or micro-service) that I can clone and tweak per site. I’m happy with Twilio Voice, Amazon Connect, Dialogflow, or any stack you recommend, as long as the call fires reliably and the AI can handle free-form “yes, that works” or “can we do Friday at 3?” responses without falling over.

Deliverables
• Front-end snippet and webhook/service that launches the call within 30 seconds of a booking
• Conversational model trained for open-ended confirmation, reschedule, or cancel flows
• Logging of call recording, transcript, and final booking status to a simple dashboard or JSON endpoint
• Brief hand-off session and lightweight documentation so I can replicate the setup on future one-pagers

Acceptance criteria
The call triggers automatically, recognises natural speech, captures any new date/time the client proposes, and stores everything without manual touch.
