AI Voice Call Assistant Build
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I want to replace my traditional phone receptionist with an AI voice agent that can handle every incoming call from greeting to wrap-up. The agent must:
Be able to ask questions and find out which company the agent wants to connect ( we have 2 companies and each companies have different services and sections )
• Answer real-time questions about our product range, service offerings, business hours, location, and any other general company information drawn from a knowledge base I will supply.
-Speak with British accent, without any delay in answer so it will be recognised as an AI
• Detect when a caller needs more specialized help, then seamlessly redirect the call to me or a number I specify.
-Detect all sales call and ask them to send all information by email
• Take concise notes while the conversation is happening, generate a clear summary immediately after the call ends, and send that summary to me by email or SMS (my choice per call).
Calls should feel natural and human, so please use a modern voice stack that supports lifelike speech recognition and synthesis. If you like working with Twilio Voice, Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, or a similar platform, let me know—I'm flexible as long as the final solution is cloud-hosted, secure, and easy for me to update when our product or service details change.
Preferably it should work with Call Switch API VOIP phone system
Acceptance criteria
1. The agent answers 100 % of test calls within three rings and never drops a call.
2. It provides correct information for at least 95 % of scripted queries during user testing.
3. Summaries arrive within two minutes of call completion and include caller name (when given), key questions, and any actions promised.
4. Urgent calls are transferred to my mobile without noticeable delay.
Deliver the full source code, configuration files, and a brief video demo so I can see the hand-off and summarization flow in action. I’m ready to start right away and will be responsive with any company data you need.
