AI Voice Assistant for Car Dealership

Project Title:
Build & Integrate AI Voice Receptionist for US Car Dealership (Phone Assistant)

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced developer (or team) to set up, configure, and integrate an AI-based voice receptionist for a US-based car dealership and car repair workshop. The AI assistant will answer incoming phone calls to the business number, converse naturally with callers, capture sales and service leads, book appointments, and escalate calls when appropriate.

Key Requirements:

Setup of AI Call Receptionist Platform
(VAPI or similar solutions recommended; open to alternatives that fit the needs)

Integration with the Dealership’s Main Phone Number
(Must capture all incoming calls; handle call routing and forwarding as needed)

Custom AI Prompt/Persona Configuration
Tailor the system to handle:

Car buying/selling inquiries (capture details, book test drives, send info)

Service and repair appointments (collect car details, preferred times)

Answering FAQs: business hours, inventory, location, etc.

Transferring or escalating urgent/complex queries to human staff

Lead collection (name, contact, nature of inquiry) in a CRM/spreadsheet

Integration with Scheduling Tools & CRM
(Google Calendar, dealership CRM, or similar—if supported)

Call Analytics & Monitoring
Provide admin interface/dashboard for monitoring calls, editing scripts, and reviewing captured leads

Polished, Natural Conversational Flows
The AI should sound human-like, courteous, and professional at all times.

Deliverables:

Fully functional phone AI assistant connected to the business number and tested in real-world scenarios

Custom system prompt/persona script based on company needs

Documentation on system setup, workflows, and handoff procedure

Optional: Ongoing support/maintenance proposal

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with AI phone platforms (e.g., VAPI, Twilio Voice AI, or similar)

Familiarity with car dealership or service business workflows is a plus

Proven ability to integrate cloud telephony, AI voice, and automation

Strong communication and documentation skills
