AI Voice Agent for VICIdial
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
An outbound AI voice agent needs to plug seamlessly into my existing VICIdial cluster and handle thousands of calls per day without losing the personal touch of a live representative. The core flow is straightforward: the agent dials, greets in clear US-English, responds naturally to the caller’s answers, recognises key intents such as “yes,” “no,” or “press 1,” and—when a threshold is met—passes the call (and its context) to a waiting live agent.
The integration must support:
• Real-time call handling inside VICIdial, with events and recordings logged back into the system
• Instant, loss-free transfer to live agents while preserving the caller’s data and previous dialogue
• Accurate detection of DTMF tones and spoken intent for menu selections or compliance questions
Any robust cloud TTS/STT stack is acceptable; Google Cloud, Amazon Polly, and Azure are all in scope as long as the final voice sounds natural and the transcription latency stays low enough for free-flowing conversation.
