Description:
We are looking for a developer or team to build a multi-tenant, subscription-based AI Voice Agent SaaS for medical practices in Argentina. The platform should allow clinics and doctors to subscribe and have their own virtual receptionist by phone that can:
Answer inbound calls in Argentinian Spanish (natural-sounding voice).
Handle appointment scheduling (book, reschedule, cancel, confirm).
Integrate with Google/Outlook Calendar at minimum, and eventually with other booking systems.
Provide general patient information, such as:
Preparation instructions for medical exams.
Clinic addresses, directions, and office hours.
Doctor specialties and availability.
Confirm and capture patient details (name, ID, phone).
Send confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp/SMS/email (optional at MVP).
Requirements (MVP):
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture (each clinic has its own configuration and data).
Local Argentine phone number with inbound call support.
Natural conversational voice flow (speech-to-text + text-to-speech).
Admin dashboard for clinics: configure schedules, specialties, FAQs.
Reporting on calls and appointments.
Future Extensions:
Integration with EHRs and specialized booking software.
Advanced analytics (patient behavior, no-show reduction).
Customizable voices per clinic.
Multi-channel support (WhatsApp, web chat, SMS).
Deliverables:
Fully functional MVP in a test environment.
Documentation for setup, operations, and scaling.
Clear estimate of ongoing operational costs (telephony, AI APIs, hosting).
