AI Voice Agent Multilingual Enhancement

We have developed an AI Voice Agent using Vapi and Make, which currently performs well in English. However, we are facing challenges with transcription accuracy and understanding when switching to other languages.

We are looking for an expert to enhance the multilingual capabilities of our system, focusing on accurate transcription and natural voice pronunciation for the following languages:

- Malay
- Filipino (Tagalog)
- Vietnamese
- Japanese
- Korean
- Indonesian
- Thai
- Burmese (Myanmar)
- Lao

Key Requirements:
1. Transcription Accuracy: Ensure the system accurately transcribes and understands all supported languages.
2. Natural Pronunciation: Improve the AI's speech quality to sound fluent and natural in each language, with proper tonation and pauses.
3. Integration Support: Maintain compatibility with Vapi and Make for seamless operation.
4. Scalability: Ensure the system can easily accommodate additional languages or future updates without major rework.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in multilingual AI development, particularly in speech recognition and transcription systems.
- Experience working with Vapi, Make, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of improving AI voice agents for diverse languages.

Timeline: ASAP with priority on resolving current issues with Malay transcription.
