Looking for an AI Voice Agent Developer (Vapi) for Customer Service Automation
I’m building an AI-powered voice agent to handle inbound customer service calls for my business. The agent must be able to understand customer inquiries, respond naturally, and route or resolve them without human intervention.
What I need:
• Full setup of a voice agent on Vapi (prompt engineering, voice selection, call flow logic)
• Integration with my existing tools (CRM / webhook / n8n or Make.com)
• Handling of common customer scenarios: FAQs, appointment booking, lead qualification, or escalation to a human
• Clean, tested, and documented delivery
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Vapi (please share examples or demos)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for voice contexts
• Ability to integrate with APIs and automation tools
• Fluent English delivery
Nice to have:
