Overview
We’re looking for multiple Voice AI Agent Builders to help us fulfill and deploy Voice AI assistants for our clients.
We run our own proprietary Voice AI platform (no coding required — prompting and logic-based) and use GoHighLevel as our CRM and automation layer.
Due to increased demand, we’re intentionally testing several candidates through a paid trial and will continue working long-term with the top performers.
This role is execution-focused. You will be building real systems, not experimenting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build Voice AI assistants inside our proprietary platform (prompting + logic)
Design natural voice conversation flows (not chat)
Configure GoHighLevel integrations (contacts, tags, pipelines)
Build GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Translate clear requirements into working Voice AI systems
Test, QA, and refine agents before launch
Document your build clearly
What You DON’T Need
No coding
No AI model training
No frontend or website work
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
Experience building Voice AI agents / IVRs / AI phone assistants
Understanding of conversation design and prompting
Strong logic and systems thinking
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier
Experience with call flows, phone systems, or contact-center logic
Experience working with service-based or multi-location businesses
Paid Trial (Important)
All shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short, paid trial task.
Trial details:
Same task for all candidates
Time-boxed (approx. 2–4 hours)
Paid upon completion
Built in a sandbox environment (no live clients)
Top performers will be offered ongoing paid work immediately.
