AI Virtual Assistant for WhatsApp & Instagram (with WooCommerce Integration)

Project description:
We want to develop a smart AI-powered virtual assistant for customer service in our business (Comercial Aconcagua, a health food distributor).
? The bot must be able to:
Integrate with the official WhatsApp Business API (we already have the approved number).
Respond to Instagram DMs.
Later integrate into our website chat (WooCommerce).
Check product stock in real-time from WooCommerce (but never show prices).
Not generate orders or send payment links.
Be trained with over 80 pre-written FAQs.
Respond using natural, human-like language (ChatGPT-style), not rigid flows.
Escalate to a human agent when it can’t solve something or if the client asks.
?️ Preferred technologies (but open to suggestions):
OpenAI (GPT-3.5/4) API for conversational AI.
WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API, Twilio, or 360Dialog).
WooCommerce REST API to query product stock.
Frameworks in Node.js or Python (or others if suitable).
? Max monthly budget: USD 750.
✅ The project should include a simple way to update FAQs, or at least explain how we can do it easily without always needing a developer.
? Weekly partial deliveries are preferred.
?? Developers with experience in WhatsApp bots and AI integrations are highly preferred.
