AI Video Avatar Integration on Architectural Site

HeyGen LiveAvatar Setup for Small Business Website
I'm the founder of a residential architecture and interior design firm based in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. I want to put an interactive AI video version of myself on our website so visitors can have a real-time conversation with "me" — ask questions about home remodeling, get guidance on our process, and learn about our approach.
Here's what I've already done...I have four detailed documents ready to go:
• A System Prompt (13 sections) that defines the AI's personality, tone, and conversational rules
• A Master Answer Key (213 Q&As) covering topics a homeowner might ask about
• A Conversation Flow Logic document with decision trees for routing conversations based on what the visitor says and how they're feeling
• An Episode Reference Guide mapping 32 podcast episodes to topics
What I need from you:
1. Create my custom LiveAvatar from a 2-minute video I'll provide
2. Configure the AI persona using my System Prompt and knowledge base documents (Full Mode preferred, but open to Custom Mode if you recommend it)
3. Prove embed code for the LiveAvatar on our website so it's accessible to visitors
4. Test the experience and refine responses to make sure the AI sounds like me, not a generic chatbot
5. Provide brief documentation so I can update the knowledge base myself after launch
About the project:
• Our website is on currently on Weebly (I know...)
• I want visitors to be able to talk to the avatar via text or voice
• The avatar should look and sound like me (I'll provide video footage and voice samples)
• The tone should be warm, conversational, and knowledgeable — not salesy or robotic
• Budget and timeline are flexible for the right person, but I'm hoping for completion within 2 weeks
What I'm looking for in a freelancer:
• Direct experience with HeyGen LiveAvatar (preferred) or Interactive Avatar integration (acceptable)
• Comfortable configuring LLM system prompts and knowledge bases
• Experience embedding real-time video/chat widgets on websites
• Good communication — I'm not a developer, so I need someone who can explain what they're doing in plain English
