Train Typebot Social Media Assistant -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We are a Sydney based rental vehicle business.
We have Typebot integrated with OpenAI. It is set up to respond to our customers via our WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger using Chatwoot.
We need to have Typebot trained into an AI assistant. Your job is to configure, train, and test the bot so it responds naturally in both Messenger and Instagram DM, keeps the brand voice consistent, and hands off to a human when needed.
I will share detailed instruction on our business, common questions and template answers, guidance on when the bot should hand off to a human, access to our Typebot workspace along with brand guidelines, and API keys. I expect you to:
• Map out the conversation flow directly inside Typebot, making the most of its GPT-powered blocks and fallback logic.
• Optimise prompts and training phrases until answers are concise, accurate, and on-brand.
• Provide a short video or screen-share walkthrough showing me how to edit intents, update responses, and read analytics.
A working, tested bot on both social platforms is the definition of done. If you have previous Typebot or Meta Messenger automation examples, please include links when you reply.
