Town-Planning Chatbot Development

I have a collection of town-planning guides that must be transformed into a smooth, text-only question-answer experience inside my existing web application. The flow I envision is straightforward: the documents are embedded and stored in a vector database, relevant passages are fetched in real time, and those passages are supplied to an LLM so the user receives a concise, referenced answer to any planning query.
We have the architecture in place and need some expertise to validate the architecture and tools for correctness and scale.
Everything happens through text; no voice support is needed. Beyond answering queries, the bot has no extra survey or recommendation features at this stage, so energy can stay focused on precision retrieval and a pleasant chat UX.
Expect to validate the document ingestion script, embedding generation, vector store setup, LLM prompt design, and the lightweight frontend component that drops into the site.
Deliverables:
• Vetted architecture for correctness and scale
Acceptance is complete once I can drop a new PDF guide into the system, refresh the index, and watch the chatbot reference it accurately in the live web app.
