Togal AI Procore Takeoff Training
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a hands-on mentor who can move me beyond the basics of construction takeoffs and estimating inside the Procore ecosystem. I already understand simple measurements, but I want the advanced tips and tricks that turn Togal AI into a true time-saver—think custom object recognition, bulk editing, linking quantities directly to cost codes, and pushing the data all the way through to a finished estimate I can send to my team.
Here is what I expect to learn and practise with you:
• Deep-dive into Togal AI functionality: optimizing the AI engine, creating reusable templates, handling complex assemblies, and troubleshooting misreads.
• Seamless navigation of the Procore platform: importing drawings, syncing folders, mapping takeoff data to budgets, and keeping everything organized for inspectors and PMs.
• Estimating best practices: validating quantities, applying labor and material factors, building alternates, and packaging a clean, audit-ready cost summary.
By the end of the engagement I should be able to open a new set of plans, complete a full AI-assisted takeoff, transfer the quantities into Procore, apply my cost database, and export a finalized estimate without outside help.
