AI Telegram Crypto Rate Bot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want a Telegram bot that checks live market data for Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple, then posts an update every hour. Users should also be able to call it on-demand with commands such as /price, /graph or /chart.
The bot must present the information in three ways:
1. A concise text message with the latest exchange rates.
2. A lightweight graph (24-hour trend) that drops straight into the chat.
3. A cleaner chart—PNG or comparable format—that users can request for deeper visual insight.
Behind the scenes the code should:
• Pull fresh prices from a reliable public API (CoinGecko, Binance, etc.).
• Run an AI layer—something as straightforward as an OpenAI function call is fine—that can interpret user queries like “compare ETH to BTC” or “summarise today’s XRP move” and return a short, natural-language reply.
• Cache results sensibly so hourly pushes are on time without hammering the data source.
• Be deployable on a small VPS or serverless function; environment variables must handle all tokens and keys.
Deliverables:
• Fully commented source code.
• A quick README with setup, Webhook instructions and an example .env template.
• One live demo session in my Telegram account so I can see hourly pushes, ad-hoc commands and the AI response working together.
If you have recent experience with the Telegram Bot API, crypto price feeds and an LLM integration, this should be a straightforward build.
