AI Task Reminder Slack Agent

I want an AI-powered workflow agent that lives entirely inside Slack and takes over the headache of scheduling tasks and nudging my team when deadlines creep up. The flow is simple: I, or any teammate, drop a natural-language message such as “Finish Q3 report by next Friday, remind me two days before,” and the agent parses it, stores the task, and pings the right people at the right moment.
Core requirements
• Native Slack integration using the Events API and slash commands so that adding, listing, updating, and completing tasks all happen without leaving a channel.
• Accurate date-time parsing (recognising “EOD”, “next business day”, etc.) and timezone awareness for remote staff.
• Smart reminder logic that supports single or multi-step nudges (e.g., 48-hour, 4-hour, and 30-minute warnings).
• Persistent, searchable task store (a lightweight DB is fine) with simple reporting on overdue items.
• Clean onboarding: one-click install, clear permissions, and a short /help output that explains every command.
Deliverables
1. Production-ready Slack bot (source code, Docker or serverless deployment scripts).
2. Configuration guide and README.
3. Brief Loom or written walkthrough showing the agent handling at least three sample deadline scenarios.
If you have ideas for later hooks into Google Calendar or Outlook, note them, but the first milestone is a rock-solid Slack experience focused on task deadlines.
