We are building a fully AI-driven creative operating system for an artist/music brand called FOAM. The goal is not just AI-assisted content creation — the goal is an autonomous feedback-driven media machine that continuously generates, tests, analyzes, improves, distributes, and eventually monetizes content across social platforms.
The system is built around 10 Claude-based AI agents organized in a strict CEO-hub architecture. The architecture is intentionally modular and file-driven rather than agent-to-agent conversational.
CORE OBJECTIVE
The system should function as a closed creative loop:
Signals → Ideas → Production → Editing → Distribution → Analytics → Learnings → back into Signals.
Every cycle should improve future outputs through accumulated taste rules, performance learnings, prompt libraries, and comparison data.
The user (Kian) is the final approval layer, not the operator of every step.
