AI Social Media Scheduler Setup
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I need an expert to build a hands-off, AI-driven workflow that keeps my mobile game active and discoverable on every major short-form channel, with TikTok as the top priority. The goal is simple: once the system is live it should automatically pick from my existing pool of images, convert or combine them into engaging posts, schedule each piece at the best time for every audience, and publish it without daily intervention.
Scope of work
• Connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook to a single automation stack (Zapier, Make, or any comparable tool you prefer).
• Train or configure the AI layer—OpenAI, Adobe Sensei, or similar—to repurpose my image assets into platform-ready creatives and captions that feel human.
• Implement dynamic scheduling logic so TikTok posts always hit the optimal windows, with the other networks following close behind for maximum reach.
• Add monitoring and simple fallback rules so the flow recovers gracefully if an upload fails or a quota is hit.
• Hand over a concise SOP and a brief loom-style walkthrough so I can tweak copy, swap images, or pause the queue whenever needed.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live automation that publishes at least one test post to all four platforms, no manual push.
2. Posting calendar visibly staggers times to avoid obvious bot behaviour and aligns TikTok first.
3. Repurposed content pulls from my “some content” library of images and adds AI-generated captions/hashtags.
4. Setup document and video guide delivered, clear enough for a non-technical teammate to maintain.
If you have proven experience blending AI content generation with multi-platform scheduling, let’s get this rolling right away.
