I want to give every visitor on our skincare website the feeling of talking to a knowledgeable consultant—only this one is available 24/7 and never forgets a detail. Your task is to build a conversational AI voice agent that sits on the site, listens to the user through their microphone, and speaks back with personalised guidance.
What the assistant must do
• Hold a natural, multi-turn voice conversation directly in the browser (desktop and mobile web).
• Offer product and routine recommendations for the full range of concerns we handle:
– Acne and blemishes
– Aging and wrinkles
– Dryness and hydration
• Tailor answers by analysing three layers of input: skin type, current skin condition, and lifestyle / environmental factors.
• Explain correct usage, layering order, frequency, and expected timelines for results.
• Keep learning; I need an easy way to feed new product launches, peer-reviewed research, and emerging trends so advice stays current without a full redeploy.
Technical expectations
The solution should combine reliable speech-to-text, conversational NLP, and text-to-speech so response time feels instantaneous. It has to embed cleanly on a React front end (our current stack) and map its product suggestions to our existing SKU database via API. Clear documentation and hand-off are essential so my team can monitor conversations, tweak intents, and update the knowledge base without engineering help.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional web-embedded voice agent with branded UI widget
2. Admin console or structured files for updating intents, FAQs, and product data
3. Integration scripts/endpoints connecting to our product catalogue and analytics
4. Testing report covering accuracy of concern detection, personalisation logic, and cross-browser voice performance
5. Brief training session or video so our staff can manage future updates
