Shopmonkey AI Call Scheduler
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I run an automotive repair shop that lives inside Shopmonkey for all our workflow. I now want an AI voice assistant that answers incoming phone calls, talks naturally with customers, gathers their contact information, vehicle details, and preferred date-and-time, then books the job directly inside our Shopmonkey calendar—exactly as one of my service writers would.
Here’s the flow I’m aiming for: a customer calls our main number, the assistant greets them, asks the three key questions (name/phone/email, year-make-model, and when they’d like to come in), offers alternative slots if their first choice is full, confirms the appointment, and closes the loop with a text or email confirmation. All data must appear in Shopmonkey as a new appointment with the customer and vehicle already created if they don’t exist.
I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—Twilio Voice, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or a custom speech/NLP pipeline—as long as the call quality is clear and the integration with Shopmonkey’s API is solid and secure. The voice must sound friendly and professional, handle common follow-up questions (price estimates, shop hours) with short canned answers, and gracefully escalate to a live agent on request.
Deliverables
• A fully deployed voice bot reachable from our existing phone number
• Seamless, authenticated integration that writes appointments into Shopmonkey with the fields above
• Simple admin settings so we can tweak greeting text, business hours, and confirmation message
• Short video or live demo showing the booking flow end-to-end
• Source code and setup documentation so we can maintain it internally
I’ll test the assistant by making real calls and checking that every booking appears correctly in Shopmonkey with accurate customer and vehicle information and that confirmation messages are sent.
If you’ve built voice scheduling bots before—especially with Shopmonkey or similar shop management systems—let’s talk.
