Shopify Sales Recommendation Chatbot
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to embed an AI-driven conversational assistant inside my Shopify store whose sole purpose is to lift conversions through smart, personalised product recommendations. The bot should greet visitors, learn from their answers about style, budget or use-case, and then suggest the most relevant items, bundles or upsells—all without feeling intrusive.
Please use a framework or SDK that plugs cleanly into Shopify’s existing APIs so inventory, pricing and variants stay perfectly in sync. A low-friction install process (copy-paste snippet or private app) is important because I’d like to launch, test and iterate fast. Natural-language understanding matters too; Dialogflow, OpenAI, ManyChat, or a comparable engine is fine as long as responses sound human and can be trained further.
Deliverables I need to see before sign-off:
• Fully functional chatbot live on a test theme, recommending products from my catalogue in real time
• Dashboard or simple admin panel where I can tweak dialogue, add new product rules and view basic performance stats (click-through, conversion, revenue influenced)
• Clear installation and training guide so my team can maintain it after handover
• One revision cycle after initial deployment to polish tone, triggers and fallback flows
The project is considered complete when the bot consistently surfaces correct items, tracks at least one successful add-to-cart per ten interactions during the test window, and all documentation is delivered.
