Setup Crisp.chat AI Assistant (Hugo AI)

We are looking for an experienced developer or AI automation specialist to fully setup and optimize Crisp.chat AI (Hugo AI) for our company.

The goal is to create a smart AI customer support assistant that can:

* Reply to customers professionally and naturally
* Learn from our PDF documents, guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base
* Understand our services and products deeply
* Answer customer questions accurately
* Reduce support workload while keeping responses human-like
* Support Arabic and English responses (Arabic is important)

What we will provide:
* PDF files
* Documentation
* Internal data / knowledge base
* Existing support conversations (if needed)

Requirements:
* Experience with Crisp.chat and Hugo AI
* Experience with AI chatbot training and knowledge bases
* Understanding of customer support workflows
* Ability to improve prompts, AI behavior, and response quality
* Bonus if you have experience with Arabic AI support systems

Expected deliverables:
* Fully configured AI assistant inside Crisp
* Knowledge base connected and organized
* Proper AI instructions/prompts setup
* Testing and optimization
* Handover/documentation for our team
