**Project Description:**
I am looking for a **high-level developer** with strong experience in **AI systems and API integrations** to build a **clean, scalable AI automation system connected to WhatsApp Business (official API)**.
This system will automatically reply to messages from my **approved personal contacts (friends)**. Expected volume is about **1000 conversations per month**, so reliability, stability, and clean architecture are essential.
This is a **serious project with potential for future expansions**, including additional automation and AI features.
**Main Requirements:**
* Integration with **WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)** using Twilio / 360dialog or a similar provider.
* AI-generated automatic responses to incoming messages.
* The system must reply **in the same language as the user** (Hebrew, English, French, Arabic, etc.).
* Responses should be **natural, short, and human-like** (1–3 sentences).
* The system must respond **only to numbers included in an approved Allowlist**.
* Conversation logic with simple stages:
greeting → short interaction → natural exit.
* Basic **admin panel** allowing:
* Add/remove allowed contacts
* Pause or resume the bot
* View conversation logs
**Technical Stack (preferred but flexible):**
* Backend: **Python (FastAPI / Django)** or **Node.js**
* Database: **PostgreSQL**
* AI: **OpenAI API**
* Hosting: **AWS / Railway / Render / similar**
**Deliverables:**
* Fully functional system connected to WhatsApp Business API
* Clean, maintainable, well-structured code
* Deployment to cloud server
* Basic admin dashboard
* Documentation for maintenance and future scaling
**Intellectual Property & Code Ownership:**
* The project must be developed as **work-for-hire**.
* Upon completion and final payment, **all source code, intellectual property, and full ownership rights will belong exclusively to me**.
* The developer may **not reuse, resell, redistribute, or publish the code or any part of the system** without my written permission.
* Full source code and repository access must be delivered at the end of the project.
