I need an AI-driven voice agent that can carry out the full sales conversation just as a live rep would—greeting prospects, qualifying them, handling objections, and guiding them to a close. The experience must feel completely natural to the caller, with dynamic responses that adapt to intent and sentiment in real time.
Key function: Cold calling US, Canada and Europe markets.
Core requirements
• Speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines that keep latency low enough for smooth turn-taking
• A dialogue-management layer able to follow branching sales scripts yet improvise when callers stray off script
• Simple UI where I can update product information, offers, pricing, and rebuttals without touching code
• Seamless hand-off to a human rep when confidence scores drop or a caller expressly asks for a person
• CRM and call-tracking integration so every interaction is logged with transcript, recording, and deal stage
Acceptance criteria
1. I can dial a test number, speak naturally, and the agent completes the sales flow end to end.
2. Transcripts, sentiment scores, and lead details automatically appear in the connected CRM.
3. All configurable copy and logic can be changed from a web dashboard and goes live instantly.
4. You provide deployment instructions and source code (Python preferred, but I’m open).
State any frameworks, cloud services, or proprietary models you plan to use and why you believe they are the best fit. A short demo or portfolio link showcasing past conversational AI work will help me decide quickly.
Fees will be released ONLY AFTER complete delivery of service and all service related assets.
