I need an AI-powered chatbot focused on sales assistance that lives seamlessly on both my website and upcoming mobile app. Its two core capabilities must be:
• Prompt, accurate answers to common customer questions
• Smart, context-aware product recommendations that guide visitors toward a purchase decision
The preferred flow is conversational and natural, so customers feel as though they’re chatting with a helpful store associate rather than a script. I will supply product data and key FAQ content; your job is to architect, train, and deploy the bot, then integrate it into our web front end and native app (React Native). If you lean on tools such as Dialogflow CX, Rasa, GPT-4 or similar, please outline your approach, including any analytics you’ll surface so I can monitor performance and fine-tune conversions.
Acceptance criteria
1. Bot live on staging URLs for both web and mobile builds, responding within two seconds.
2. Demonstrated accuracy above 90 % on a supplied test set of queries.
3. Admin dashboard showing conversation logs, recommended-product clicks, and fallback rates.
Hand-over should include all training files, deployment scripts, and concise setup documentation so my dev team can maintain it moving forward.
