I want to deploy an AI-driven voice calling agent that can run our outbound and inbound sales conversations without human intervention. Its main job is to place sales calls that actively generate fresh leads, nurture warm ones, and circle back for timely follow-ups. The agent will speak with both brand-new prospects and our existing customer base, adapting the tone and script dynamically to each segment so conversations feel personal, not robotic.

Key capabilities I’m after include:

The finished solution should be fully configured, tested on sample lists, and ready for plug-and-play use with our VoIP system or a cloud telephony API such as Twilio.
