Acceptance criteria
1. A working chatbot, branded for us, able to handle FAQs and pass complex enquiries to a live rep.
2. Automated lead-gen and follow-up flows that trigger from social, email, or web events and log all activity in the CRM.
3. Clear documentation (or Loom walkthroughs) that shows how to tweak prompts, audiences, and timing without touching code.
