Must include rich connectors (Google Drive, Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, email, CSV/Excel upload), vector search, LLM orchestration, voice I/O (web and phone), analytics/dashboard, and exceptional UI/UX (desktop + mobile). Delivery: designed UX flows, production UI, backend, CI/CD, docs, tests, and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure. NDA required.
Must-have skills: product + UX design for AI apps, React (or Vue) front end, Node/Go/Python backend, vector DB experience (Pinecone/Weaviate/Milvus), LLM API orchestration (OpenAI/Azure/Open-source), WebRTC/Twilio voice, integrations (Shopify, Zendesk, Slack), multi-tenant SaaS design, security & testing.
