I’m looking for a prompter to tighten and expand the prompt architecture behind a sales-focused chatbot. The goal is to make responses feel natural, persuasive, and consistently on-brand while following a strict JSON contract. The chatbot runs inside a web app and must excel at guiding shoppers, answering FAQs, and navigating more detailed interaction flows.
What I need from you:
• A revised, production-ready system prompt plus refined user/assistant prompts that cover openings, dietary/allergen checks, substitutions, subtle upsells, ETA rules, order edits, repeat orders, bill-splits, multilingual handling, alcohol-compliance steps, and escalation logic.
• Clean prompt variations for recommendations, FAQs, clarifications, and fallback lines—always grounded in injected menu and cart data.
• A brief dialog policy describing turn-by-turn behaviors and constraints.
