Retell AI Customer Support Setup

We are looking for freelancers with extensive knowledge in setting up Retell AI Automations. The AI automation should manage both customer support (inbound), sales calls (outbound from forms), and cold calling leads (outbound).

The AI is expected to:
- Manage FAQs
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex complaints
- Guide users through the process
- Leads calling.

The automation should work across email and calls.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with Retell AI
- Experience in setting up AI for customer support
- Strong understanding of handling customer interactions via email and calls
