Restaurant AI Chatbot Builder
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to give my guests a seamless way to interact with us online by adding an AI-powered chatbot. The bot should greet visitors, answer common questions about our menu, opening hours, and location, and guide them smoothly toward placing an order or booking a table. I’m open to your recommendations on the most effective flow, NLP framework, and integration approach so long as the experience feels natural and on-brand.
My site is built on WordPress, and I manage a small mobile ordering app, so the final bot will need to plug into at least the website and ideally the app as well. If you have a preferred third-party API or custom model you like to work with, let me know—maintainability and ease of future updates are important to me.
Deliverables I expect:
• A fully functional chatbot deployed on my website (and documented steps to extend it to the mobile app)
• A simple dashboard or config file where I can update answers, promotions, and menu items without code
• Written hand-off notes that outline how to retrain or expand the model, plus any API keys or dependencies required
