- Answer customer calls 24/7 with natural AI voice (speech-to-text + text-to-speech).
- Handle basic queries (menu, opening hours, location etc.
- Take table reservations and sync them directly into existing booking systems (e.g. OpenTable, ResDiary, Quandoo, SevenRooms).
- Prevent double-bookings by checking live availability before confirming.
- Be able to forward complex calls/messages to restaurant staff.
Core requirements:
- Experience with Twilio, Vonage, Aircall, or similar VoIP/telephony APIs.
- Knowledge of OpenAI GPT / conversational AI frameworks.
- Ability to integrate with booking system APIs.
Build a simple web dashboard for restaurants to:
-view/edit bookings
