AI Receptionist & Jobber Integration

Please read all - i would like an initial set up cost as well as any potential ongoing costs.
I’m looking to replace my human front desk with an AI-powered receptionist that can answer and place calls, texts, and emails for my service business. The top priority is booking service appointments straight into Jobber—creating the client, job, and calendar entry without manual help.

Beyond scheduling, the assistant must confirm bookings instantly, issue reminder calls or texts before each visit, follow up once the job is marked complete, and run a quick qualification script so only solid leads make it onto the calendar. Every interaction—voice or written—should be logged back to Jobber so my team sees a full history.

I’m open to Twilio, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, or any stack that delivers reliable call quality, accurate speech-to-text, and straightforward API access to Jobber. As long as transcripts, notes, and status updates stay synchronized, I’m flexible on the exact toolkit.
