AI Receptionist Appointment Scheduler

I need an AI-powered receptionist whose core duty is to guide visitors on my website from their initial query straight to a confirmed appointment. The bot must converse naturally, collect the necessary details, check calendar availability in real time, and lock the booking without human help.
Everything happens on the website, so the solution has to embed cleanly in the current WordPress front end and sync with Calendly (or a similarly robust API of your choice). While the scheduling flow is the top priority, the bot should also be able to answer service and product questions drawn from a knowledge base I will supply.
Deliverables
• Embedded chatbot or widget fully operational on the site
• Two-way calendar sync that prevents double-booking
• Brief setup and training documentation so my team can update answers and availability independently
Experience with tools such as Dialogflow, Rasa, BotPress, or comparable NLP platforms—plus solid JavaScript and front-end skills—will be ideal. I’m ready to move quickly and would like to see a working demo within a week.
