Here is what the finished solution must do for me:

• Self-source qualified Realtors from publicly available data, MLS information, social media, and other open datasets I can legally access.
• Place outbound calls at scale, using natural-sounding voice technology that feels like a real conversation.
• Detect and explore each agent’s pain points, present the value I offer, and pivot seamlessly through common objections.
• Schedule meetings in my calendar automatically, respecting time-zone differences and my working hours.
• Log every interaction, call recording, and outcome inside my existing CRM (I use HubSpot but can switch if you recommend a better fit).
• Provide a dashboard with detailed call analytics—contact rate, objection trends, conversion to appointments, and overall ROI.

Acceptance criteria:

1. A working AI caller system deployed to the cloud, reachable by browser.
2. End-to-end call flow tested with at least ten live Realtor conversations and two booked appointments in my chosen market.
3. CRM integration, calendar sync, and analytics dashboard operational.
4. Source code and documentation handed over so my team can maintain and scale the platform.
