Core objectives
• Build a conversational and voice interface (web widget or soft-phone is fine)
• Design a training repository that lets me update program details without touching code
• Implement qualification logic that tags, scores, and routes leads inside GoHighLevel
• Add an escalation trigger that passes the call or chat, plus context, to a human advisor
Acceptance criteria
1. The bot answers 90 % of program-related questions with content sourced from the repository.
2. Leads receive an accurate score and tag in GoHighLevel immediately after a session ends.
3. An “escalate” phrase or low confidence score transfers the prospect—along with the full transcript—to one of our agents in real time.
4. All code, prompt libraries, and setup instructions are delivered in the knowledge base so we can retrain or extend the model on our own.
