AI Real Estate Call Assistant

I run a busy residential real-estate practice and I’m ready to hand off the constant stream of incoming queries to an AI-driven assistant. The goal is simple: every phone call, text, email, or WhatsApp message must be handled instantly and professionally, so no lead ever slips through the cracks.
Here’s what the agent has to do for me day-to-day:
• Answer common buyer and seller questions about listings, showings, pricing, and neighbourhood details.
• Schedule appointments directly on my synced calendar, confirming date, time, and property address with the caller.
• Take detailed messages whenever the request falls outside the approved knowledge base and send them to me by email or text.
The system should prioritise voice calls first, but also mirror the same conversational flow on SMS, email, and WhatsApp so prospects can switch channels naturally. If you plan to use Dialogflow, Rasa, Twilio Voice, or a comparable NLP stack, let me know your preference; I’m open as long as the final bot sounds natural, captures every lead, and integrates with Google Workspace and my existing CRM.

2. A concise FAQ/knowledge-base file that I can update myself.
