RAG AI Agent for Restaurant (WhatsApp Integrated)

We need a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) AI Agent for our restaurant business that is connected to WhatsApp and trained on our own data (menu, prices, recipes, offers, FAQs, policies, etc.).
Requirements:
AI Agent should use RAG pipeline (LLM + vector database) for accurate and context-aware answers.
Direct WhatsApp integration (through Twilio, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, or any recommended tool).
Trained on restaurant data (menu, recipes, offers, policies, customer FAQs).
Key Use Cases:
Answer customer queries (menu, prices, opening hours, delivery info).
Recommend dishes (vegan, spicy, healthy, customer’s past choices).
Handle offers & promotions automatically.
Admin should be able to easily update menu/offers.
Should be built with reliable frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Botpress, or Flowise AI (we are open to suggestions).

Dashboard to update restaurant data.
Scalable solution to add more channels in future (website, Messenger, etc.).
