Professional AI Automation Website Build

Job ID: 40560075

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a sleek, corporate-style website that instantly communicates the value of my AI Chatbot & Business Automation services. The site must load perfectly on desktop, mobile, and tablets, with a clean, responsive layout that feels consistent across every screen size.

Core objectives
• Present and explain five key offerings—AI Chatbot Development, Business Automation Solutions, Customer Support Integration, Lead capture with CRM syncing, and WordPress Development—through concise sections supported by visuals and case-study snippets.
• Display a small but impactful portfolio that highlights recent automation projects and measurable results.
• Drive enquiries via prominent lead-capture forms tied directly into my CRM so every submission is logged and auto-tagged for follow-up.
• Embed an AI-powered chat widget that can answer common questions, book demo calls, and hand off complex queries to live support.
• Maintain a professional, corporate aesthetic: balanced white space, restrained color palette, sharp typography, and subtle motion where it adds clarity.

Tech stack & workflow
WordPress is the preferred CMS for its flexibility and ease of content updates. I’m open to premium themes or a lightweight custom build—whichever better supports fast load times, SEO fundamentals, and straightforward hand-off. Integrations will include my chosen CRM (Zapier or native API) and the AI chat platform (Dialogflow or comparable).

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive WordPress site with all agreed pages, imagery, and copy placeholders.
2. Configured lead-capture flows pushing data to the CRM in real time.
3. Integrated AI chat widget, tested for accuracy and escalation logic.
4. Documentation covering theme/plugins used, custom code, and instructions for routine edits.

Acceptance criteria
• Google Lighthouse scores 90+ for performance and accessibility on desktop and mobile.
• All forms post successfully to the CRM with correct field mapping.
• Chatbot greets, answers at least ten predefined FAQs, and escalates correctly.
• Cross-browser checks (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) show consistent styling.

Timeline is flexible enough for polished execution, but I’d like to review the first interactive prototype within two weeks. Let me know what additional details you need to get started, along with any suggestions that could elevate the user journey even further.
