Premier/ Doctor and Midwife
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Job Title
Fractional Content & Brand Manager (Books, Midwifery, Education | Repurposing-First)
Overview
I’m looking for a fractional Content & Brand Manager to help grow and maintain an authority-based brand centered on books, midwifery, education, and professional activities.
This role is not about chasing trends or viral content. It’s about building credible, consistent visibility through smart repurposing, strong editorial judgment, and efficient use of AI tools.
I will provide source materials (written content, audio, ideas, event info, book-related material). Your job is to develop, edit, repurpose, and publish consistent content across platforms.
Scope of Work
Content Production (Ongoing)
3 social media posts per week, mixed formats:
Educational / thought leadership
Authority-building (books, events, professional activities)
Mission-driven or behind-the-scenes content
1 weekly repurpose of a longer asset (blog post, podcast, talk, or interview)
Edit and refine provided materials to align with a clear, professional brand voice
Create captions, light visuals, and short-form content as needed
Strategy & Management
Repurposing-first content strategy (long-form → short-form)
Maintain a simple editorial calendar
Ensure consistency of tone, message, and cadence
Light SEO optimization for blogs/content (titles, structure, keywords—not deep technical SEO)
Coordinate approvals and revisions efficiently
AI & Tools
Use AI selectively and professionally, including:
AI avatars for explainer or promotional content
AI voiceovers where appropriate
AI-assisted drafting and editing (human judgment required)
Final output must feel credible, human, and aligned with an educational/health-adjacent brand
Required Experience
Proven experience managing content for authors, educators, healthcare, or thought leaders
Strong editor first, creator second (clarity > hype)
Experience with repurposing podcasts, blogs, or long-form material
Comfortable managing content end-to-end (edit → schedule → publish)
Tools You Should Already Know
ChatGPT or similar AI tools (advanced prompting preferred)
Canva
Social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.)
Podcast/audio tools (Descript, Riverside, or similar)
AI voiceover and/or avatar platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia)
Time & Budget
Fractional role (approx. 5–10 hours/week)
Monthly retainer preferred
Budget: Moderate, with long-term potential for the right fit
What Success Looks Like
Consistent, professional presence across platforms
Clear authority positioning (not influencer-style posting)
Content that compounds over time rather than burns out
A repeatable system that can scale
To Apply, Please Include:
A brief overview of how you approach repurposing content
2–3 relevant examples (especially educational, healthcare, or author brands)
The AI tools you actively use in your workflow
Your suggested monthly rate and availability
If you’re someone who enjoys building credible, lasting influence rather than chasing trends, I’d love to hear from you.
If you want, I can also:
Tighten this further for Upwork’s algorithm
Create a short screening questionnaire
Help you design a 30-day trial scope to test fit before committing
Just say the word.
