AI-Powered WhatsApp Marketing Bot

I need a private WhatsApp chatbot that focuses on marketing and promotions while still handling everyday user queries without human intervention. The core of the build is an AI-driven engine able to send automated response templates, schedule outbound campaigns, and personalize every interaction based on previous chat history.
Key workflow
1. A customer or lead writes to the dedicated WhatsApp number.
2. The bot recognizes intent, triggers the correct automated reply—FAQ answers such as opening hours—or seamlessly nudges a member of my team when a live conversation is required.
3. At set times the system pushes scheduled messages (product launches, event reminders, limited-time offers) with dynamic placeholders so each recipient feels personally addressed.
Management layer
A web dashboard must let me:
• create and edit response templates;
• configure message schedules with calendar-style ease;
• view real-time and historical reports on open rate, click-through and opt-out;
• export or query data through a clean REST or GraphQL API so I can plug the same metrics into our existing CRM.
Technical notes
• The solution must respect WhatsApp Business API policies.
• Any mainstream AI/NLP stack is acceptable (Dialog flow, Rasa, GPT-based, etc.) as long as it supports Multilanguage expansion later.
• Source code, deployment instructions (Docker/Kubernetes preferred), and API documentation are part of the hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
– Fully functional chatbot reachable via WhatsApp sandbox for testing.
– Dashboard and reporting panels working on my own cloud account.
– API endpoints returning sample data consumed successfully by a test cURL request.
– Clear instructions for moving from sandbox to production number.
