I need a solution that can automatically reply to incoming WhatsApp messages—“bales chat WA” is exactly what I’m after. The replies must be AI-generated rather than a handful of static templates, so think natural-language models that can understand context and craft appropriate answers on the fly.
My end goal is simple: once a customer sends a message, the system detects it, feeds the text to an AI engine, and sends the generated response straight back through WhatsApp without human intervention.
