AI-Powered SaaS Platform with Modular RAG Models

Overview - This project involves developing a real-time AI SaaS platform tailored for visa consultancy and business services. The system allows super admins to manage Business-specific RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation models), helping end users receive precise, real-time answers via chat or voice call— with low latency and high scalability for complete response time on phone of < 1 second.



Key Concept: Business-Based RAG Setup - Clients (super admin) can create separate RAG models per business.



Business model:

I have developed a platform for managing Immigration Visa Applications.

My own developers will handle all Server side, Database, Portal, APIs to server and assist with integration process

Small Immigration law firms will be subscribing to this platform from my web portal.

Each firm will have its own clients that it will sign up thru incoming phone calls to its Intake AI Agent, using tehir own dedicated phone number.

Intake AI Agent need to be engage the caller thru series of interactive Q&A to eventually determine:

What type of Visa they need
What supporting document they require
What is the cost of obtaining the visa they need.


Each firm has its own price structure for each visa type.

Each firm has its own payment breakdown term’s structure (example 30% up front, 40% in middle, 30% at end)



AI Agent needs to negotiate the price like a salesman to sign up the customer for best price deal it can

Once client agrees, he needs to electronically sign via DocuSign acceptance form to start.
