AI-Powered Educational Consulting Platform

Job ID: 40464123

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm building an AI-powered platform for educators who consult with K-12 school districts. It runs on five guided AI tools. Each tool walks a user through a short intake conversation, feeds their answers into a Claude-powered prompt, and returns a finished, branded deliverable.
I want to start with one tool so we can see how we work together before I commit the full set. If the first build is solid, there are four more tools after it plus ongoing refinement work.
Here is the first tool, the Niche Finder.
What it does: an educator has a short guided conversation with the tool, and it generates a personalized consulting niche from their answers. The full conversation logic and prompt are already written and ready to hand to you, so you are building the tool, not designing the content.
The conversation, at a high level:
• A short, guided chat, roughly eight to nine exchanges
• The tool asks one question at a time and offers options to react to
• It ends with a finished niche, formatted into a branded PDF the user downloads
The build:
• I plan to build in Stack AI (preferred) or Relevance AI, powered by the Claude / Anthropic API. I provide the API key.
• I provide the full prompt logic, conversation flow, and brand assets. You build the chat interface, the Claude integration, and the branded PDF output, then test it end to end.
• The PDF needs to look clean and professional, so a strong design eye matters.
Logistics:
• I would like to start the week of May 26
• Async work is fine, no time zone requirement
• Deliverable is a working, tested Niche Finder tool
To put together a quote, please send me all five of these:
1. A live link or screen recording of a similar AI tool or workflow you have built
2. Whether you work in Stack AI or Relevance AI. If not, tell me what platform you would recommend for a member-facing tool like this, and why.
3. Your rate and estimated turnaround for this first tool, the Niche Finder
4. A ballpark range for the full set of five tools, if we continue
5. Confirmation that you can start the week of May 26
I review proposals that include all five. Proposals missing any of them I set aside.
