1. ChatGPT (GPT-4) Integration
• OpenAI API-based custom logic
• Dynamic prompt handling for car-related conversations
• Handles both buyer and seller queries
2. WhatsApp Integration
• Via Twilio / AiSensy / Interakt
• Webhook-based chat handling
• Supports file uploads (RC, insurance, photos)
3. Multilingual Handling
• Input: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil
• Output: Same language or smart fallback to English
• Translation layer using Google Translate or better
4. Voice-to-Text Input Handling
• Recognize voice notes (WhatsApp voice or web mic)
• Convert to text using Whisper API or Google STT
• Feed into ChatGPT
5. Car Matching Logic (Internal Engine)
• Compare specs, segment, budget, and location
• Feed insights to AI: e.g., “Recent Brezza 2021 sales in Bangalore: ₹7.2–₹7.6L”
6. Lead Logging + Escalation Logic
• Save all conversations to Google Sheets or Firebase
• Tag leads with: Buyer/Seller, Status, Hot/Cold, Car ID
• Notify admin only on negotiation, low confidence, etc.
7. Admin Panel (Basic)
• View active leads, chat logs, tags
• Force override or send manual reply (optional)
