Polish Legal Intake Voice Bot

I want to deploy a Polish-speaking voice bot that automatically answers every call my office misses—whether it is after hours or simply when no lawyer is free. The bot must open with a clear disclaimer that the conversation is “not legal advice,” then move straight into collecting intake data only.
The conversation flow should capture:
• caller’s name and phone number
• chosen case category (Family cases, Criminal cases, Debt cases)
• city or specific court involved
• urgency indicators such as looming deadlines, police actions or ongoing proceedings
• a concise, caller-spoken description of the matter
Once the call ends, I need the details forwarded to my team and an immediate WhatsApp message sent back to the caller confirming we will be in touch. If you can add call recording and speech-to-text transcription with customizable retention periods that comply with GDPR, note that in your proposal. English as a fallback language is welcome but Polish must be flawless.
