AI Phone Receptionist Demo for Dental Clinic
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a developer to build a small working demo of an AI phone receptionist for a dental clinic.
This is for my own project planning and internal testing. I want to understand whether an AI phone receptionist can handle a simple dental front-desk workflow before I decide whether to build a larger version.
The demo should handle one basic inbound call flow:
- Greet the caller as a dental clinic receptionist
- Ask if they are a new or existing patient
- Collect name, phone number, reason for visit and preferred appointment time
- Answer a few simple clinic FAQs such as opening hours, location and appointment process
- Avoid giving medical advice or diagnosis
- Create a call summary or transcript after the call
- Show how the appointment request could be sent to email, Google Calendar, Calendly or a simple spreadsheet
I am happy for this to be built using Vapi, Retell, Bland, Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Make, n8n or a similar tool.
A mock dental clinic is fine. Real patient data is not required and should not be used.
Deliverables:
1. A working demo call flow
2. A short recording, demo link or test phone number
3. Basic setup notes explaining the tools used
4. Call transcript or summary output
5. A short handover explaining how I can test it
