Outbound AI Voice Agent Integration

I want to deploy an AI-driven voice agent that can automatically place outbound calls, converse naturally with prospects, and post every interaction straight into my HubSpot CRM. The core goal is lead generation, so the agent must be able to capture each prospect’s contact information, gauge their product-interest level, and, when appropriate, book an appointment on my calendar.

I’m open to either Vapi or Retell—use whichever framework you feel will get a production-ready MVP up fastest. The call flow and script logic can live in a simple JSON or similar format that I can edit later without touching code. Real-time call recordings, transcripts, and the three data points above should sync to the correct HubSpot objects immediately after each call.

Deliverables
• Fully configured AI voice agent built on Vapi or Retell
• Secure OAuth or private-app integration that writes to HubSpot Contacts, Deals, and Meetings
• Editable call script/decision tree with branching logic for common objections
• Automatic creation of meetings in my linked calendar when an appointment is set
• Brief hand-off guide covering setup, field mappings, and how to tweak the script

Acceptance Criteria
• Agent dials a test list of numbers and completes at least 20 successful conversations.
• Contact, interest score, and meeting data appear in HubSpot within 30 seconds of each call.
• No manual intervention is needed once the campaign is launched.
