AI Outbound Calling Automation

Looking for an AI Automation & Voice Agent Specialist to set up and manage AI-powered outbound calling and workflow automation for our veneer and laminate business, GOOD PLY CENTRE, based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

The role involves building and managing AI voice agents for architect/interior designer outreach using platforms like Retell AI, Exotel, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and OpenAI/Gemini APIs.

Must have experience with:

AI voice agents & conversational AI
Retell AI / Synthflow / Vapi / similar tools
Exotel or Indian telephony integrations
Make.com, Zapier, or n8n automations
Google Sheets, Airtable, and CRM integrations
Prompt engineering for multilingual AI agents (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
API/webhook integrations
Call workflows, lead tracking, and automation logic
Basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus

The work includes:

Setting up AI calling workflows
Connecting Google Sheets/CRM with AI systems
Automating follow-ups and lead updates
Building architect/interior designer outreach systems
Optimizing call scripts and conversation flows
Monitoring analytics and improving response/conversion rates

Strong English communication is essential. Experience with sales/outreach automation or AI agents for local businesses is highly preferred.
